PUBLIC NOTICE OF SITTING OF PHARMACISTS COUNCIL OF NIGERIA DISCIPLINARY TRIBUNAL

Members of the public are hereby notified that the Pharmacists Council of Nigeria Disciplinary Tribunal will be sitting on May 19, 2015 to hear various charges of professional misconduct levelled against four (4) Pharmacists. Matters slated for hearing are:

(i) PCN V. Pharm. Ogbonnaya Emmanuel Nduka (FRN, 008020)

(ii) PCN V. Pharm. Cliford Osundonduagwike Ogbonna (FRN,012878)

(iii) PCN V. Pharm. Linus Ogbo Joseph (FRN,009528)

(iv) PCN V. Pharm. Iyekekpolor William Esosa (FRN, 015264)

The charges are borne out of various complaints of professional misconduct brought against them and investigated by the Council and they are being referred to the Tribunal for arraignment.
