We are recruiting to fill the position below:

 

Job Title: Pharmacy Technician

 

Location: Benin City, Edo

 

Responsibilities

Work under the supervision of a pharmacist

Be familiar with stocks

Count and label medications

Greet clients and deliver quality customer service, respond to basic inquiries/questions and refer patients to the pharmacist

Maintains honesty, integrity, confidentiality, and high levels of efficiency and accuracy at all times

Perform and monitor inventory management, both behind the counter and in the general pharmacy area

Respond to customer request for medications, medical equipment and consumables, and consumers’ goods

Respond to phone calls in a professional manner

Assist in organizing and shelving medicines and other goods

Assist the Administrator/Accountant in performing various administrative duties (filing, copying, etc), inventory management and transactions, as needed

Undertake other duties as may be assigned

 

Qualification

Posses the necessary qualification recognized by the Pharmacists Council of Nigeria

 

Skills

Pleasant personality with good customer service and interpersonal relationship

Good oral and written communication skills, problem solving,  and good team player

Self-motivated and good attitude to work, flexible and organized

Maintains honesty, integrity, confidentiality, and high levels of efficiency and accuracy at all times

Ability to use computer for daily operations is essential but not mandatory

Basic math skills for counting medications

Customer service experience

Physically able to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
