Job Description

mPharma is looking for a Pricing & Procurement Associate (Fulfillment) to join our Nigerian operations. In this role, you will be expected to interface with pharmaceutical manufacturers, pharmaceutical distributors and Hospital Procurement/Supply Chain Departments. This role involves managing the logistics involved in drug procurement and supply.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Communicate with distributors - ensuring prompt and accurate supply of drugs to mPharma warehouse.

 

Organize, manage and be responsible for documentation related to drug pricing and procurement with providers/ distributors.

 

Coordination and organization of mPharma warehouse.

 

Coordinate and communicate drug supply from suppliers to providers.

 

Work to ensure timely receipt and completion  of purchase requests from providers.

 

Track inventory levels at warehouse and providers to minimize stockouts

 

Communicate and work closely with other teams within mPharma including: Provider Engagement, Finance, Product, Customer Success and Patient Support.

A strong knowledge base in pharmaceuticals and ability to draw frequently from technical knowledge

 

A strong work ethic and a “can-do” attitude that requires minimal supervision

 

Experience with logistics and supply chain management

 

Credentials:

Pharmacy or Pharmacology degree with a strong GPA is strongly desired

 

3-5 years work experience preferably in the pharmaceutical industry (can include internships)

 

Spotless personal background

 

Strong communication skills

 

Ability to work in a dynamic team

This position reports to the Provider Engagement Lead.
