Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates for admission into the school of Medical Laboratory Science, Lagos University Teaching Hospital, Idi-Araba, Lagos, Nigeria in October, 2013 for:

Fellowship-by-dissertation in the same area of specialization where BMLS/AMLSCN was obtained.

ENTRY QUAUFICATION

Candidate must be a Registered Associate member of the Medical Laboratory Science Council of Nigeria for at least 24 months post AMLSCN or BMLS. 
Candidate must have Current Practicing Licence.

CONDITIONS FOR ADMISSION 
Selection of candidates will be based on academic qualification and result of a competitive interview and review of research proposal.

ACCOMMODATION
The programme is non-residential, students have to arrange for their accommodation. 

METHOD OF APPLICATION
Candidate should apply in person for application form with a remittance of N5,OOO.OO bank draft payable to LUTH. and submitted to the Cash Office. Accounts Department, Lagos University Teaching Hospital. Idi-Araba and thereafter present two (2) Photostat copies of the payment receipt to the office of: 
The Head of School School of medical Laboratory Science, LUTH.ldi-Araba. Lagos.

Applications forms duly completed must be returned to the Head of School not later than four (4) weeks from the date of Publication.
