A day school (nursery and primary) in Lekki, Lagos wishes to recruit a school nurse.
Responsibilities:
- Physical screening of children
- Administration of prescribed medication
- Implement first aid measures as needed
- Establish and update health and immunization records - Impart knowledge of infant care, children hygiene and personal hygiene.
- Ensure compliance with procedures and other instructions provided by the School Directors.
Requirements:
- Must be a registered nurse
- 1-7 years experience
- Ability to recognize symptoms of children's ailments
- willingness to work with other staff in the pre-nursery class, when not carrying out nursing duties.
