OBJECTIVE:
To assist participants acquire the necessary knowledge and skills required for the modem management of health institutions and programmes.
COURSE CONTENTS:
Will include, but not limited to: Principles and application in Strategic Planning in Health, Health Policy Formulation and Evaluation, Health Resources Mobilization,. Health Resource Allocation, Human Resources Management, Financial Management, Material Resources Management, Quality Resources in Health and Equity in Health.
EXPECTED PARTICIPANTS:
Medical Doctors preparing for the Final (PART II) Fellowship Examinations of the National College in all specialties, Medical Doctors in, or aspiring to leadership positions in Federal, State and Local Government Health Departments, General and Teaching Hospitals as well as those in private practice.
COURSE FEE:
=N=40,OOO per partiCipant, to cover course materials, lunch and light refreshments. A certificate will be issued to candidates who fully partiCipate in the programme.
