This is to inform qualified applicants for the post of Nursing Officer II who were not at the Recruitment Test conducted on Thursday 5th September, 2013 to present themselves for their own test on the date allotted to them on the Table below at the Paul Hendricske Hall, College of Medicine, UCH, Ibadan by 8.00am prompt. Applicants are advised to come along with the original copies of the receipt of purchase of Application Forms, WAEC/NECO Certificate (with five credit passes in relevant subjects) and evidence of professional double qualifications (RN, RM or B. Nursing Science), registrable with the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria (NMCN) and evidence of current registration with NMCN. 

 

 

Also, all qualified applicants for the advertised positions of  Medical Imaging Scientist and Pharmacist Grade I (advertised on 11th August, 2011) are to present themselves for the Recruitment Test on the dates allotted to them in the Table below at the Paul Hendrickske Hall, College of Medicine, UCH, Ibadan by 8.00am with the original copies of their receipt of purchase of Application Forms, WAEC/NECO Certificate (with five credit passes), relevant post-secondary school certificate, evidence of registration with the appropriate professional/Regulatory body (if any) and NYSC Certificate (Discharge, Exemption or Exclusion where necessary). All applicants, Nurses inclusive, are to come with their Marriage Certificates and evidence of chance of names where  .-, applicable.
