Lecturer Cadre 

1. Senior Lecturer - CONPCASS-07 

A candidate for this post must possess any of the following qualifications and experience; 

A PhD Degree in relevant discipline with at least 9 years teaching/research in Institution of higher learning plus three Journals and four Conference paper or. A Master's Degree with at least 12 years teaching/research. Such a candidate must have published a total of three Conference/Seminar papers, three Journal articles accepted for publication, or contribution of two chapters in a standard text book(s). 

2. Lecturer I - CONPCASS-06 

A candidate for this post must possess Master's D;gree plus at least 6 years teaching/research work in higher Institute of learning plus two Journals accepted for publication plus two Conference/Seminar papers or a Doctorate Degree in relevant discipline plus three years teaching/research plus two journal publications and five conference/seminar papers. Membership of relevant professional body is mandatory. 

3. Lecturer 11- CONPCASS-04 

A candidate for this post must possess relevant Master's Degree plus at least six years teaching/research or a Doctorate Degree in relevant discipline plus three publications and three journal/conference/seminar papers or; A good Bachelor's Degree (minimum of second class Lower Division) in relevant discipline plus at least one journal article accepted for publication and two conference/seminar papers with at least six years teaching/research in higher Institute of learning. 

4. Lecturer III - CONPCASS-03 

A candidate for this post must be a holder of a good Bachelor's Degree (minimum of second Class Lower division) in relevant discipline plus at least three years teaching/research or a Master's Degree plus at least one conference/seminar paper.
