Due to steady growth and expansion, a leading Health Maintenance Organisation (HMO) and a major player in the Nigeria Health Insurance Industry with Head Office in Lagos and offices spread across the country seeks to fill the under-listed position with competent, experienced and dedicated individuals.
Regional Manager
Experience: 7 years
Location Abuja
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Be responsible for general administration
• Develop and ensure the implementation of an effective marketing and sales plan for the region
• Develop and implement a robust and effective marketing communications campaign for the region
• Drive and coordinate all marketing activities of the region
• Grow and sustain market share of the region
• Oversee member services activities and client relationship management
• Coordinate marketing of health plans to private and public organisations.
REQUIREMENTS
• First degree in any discipline with a minimum of 2nd class lower division
• A Medical Doctor with MBBS OR MBCHB degree will be an advantage
• Possession of an MBA or a postgraduate degree in any management field
• Professional qualifications in marketing or management will be an advantage
• Minimum of 7 years post qualification experience with 3 years in a senior management
• position in HMO, Insurance or Banking sector
• Ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written English language
• Must be a team player, able to build and maintain effective and collaborative sales and marketing network
• Must be able to take responsibility and demonstrate high level of integrity in dealing with all stake holders
Care Coordinator
Experience: 2 years
Location Abuja
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Oversee healthcare provider network development and management
• Oversee care coordination, provider relations, claims administration, and wellness programmes
• Oversee member services activities and client relationship management
• Assist in the marketing of health plans to private and public organisations.
REQUIREMENTS
• A Medical Doctor with MBBS OR MBCHB degree
• Possession of an MBA or MPH will be an advantage
• Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Medical Doctor
