1. The circular on skipping is confirmed, sacrosanct and no other circular has been issued to counter it.
2. Any hospital where non-doctors skip, doctors must skip to ensure universal harmony in all hospitals
3. All hospitals that cannot pay should constitute a committee as follows a. Chairman State NMA
b. Chairman MDCAN
c. One representative of audit and Account
d. President - ARD
e. CMD or his representative as chairman of the committee.
Completed report should be brought to NMA National secretariat on or before wednesday 17th JUNE 2015
4. All institutions that have strike action, either ongoing or pending should expedite the condition in item 3 within 72hrs so that services can be restored in their institutions
