Overview
We are seeking an experienced and licensed Branch Head Pharmacist to lead our pharmacy team in Lekki, Lagos.
Key Responsibilities
Pharmacy Management:
- Oversee daily pharmacy operations, ensuring compliance with pharmaceutical regulations.
- Maintain the highest standards in medication dispensing and healthcare services.
Team Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of pharmacy staff to achieve excellence.
- Delegate responsibilities effectively while promoting collaboration and performance.
Customer Care:
- Provide expert pharmaceutical advice to customers and address their healthcare needs.
- Ensure outstanding customer service, satisfaction, and loyalty.
Inventory Control:
- Manage pharmacy inventory, including procurement and stock management.
- Minimize discrepancies and waste while optimizing stock levels.
Regulatory Compliance:
- Ensure strict adherence to all pharmacy laws and ethical standards.
- Monitor and manage controlled substances in accordance with legal requirements.
Qualifications
- B.Sc. Degree in Pharmacy with a valid license to practice.
- Minimum of 3 years of pharmacist experience.
- Proven leadership experience with at least 2 years in a retail pharmacy setting.
Experience:
Minimum 3 years as a licensed pharmacist, with 2 years of retail team leadership
Skills and Abilities:
- In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations and best practices.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
