Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and talented Clinical Content Associate to join our team and help us in our mission to transform how African healthcare consumers receive the support they need to live longer healthier, happier and more productive lives.

Job Overview

  • As a Clinical Content Associate, you will be responsible for creating and managing clinical content for our digital health platform Complete Health TM.
  • You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that our members receive healthcare content that is up-to-date with the latest evidence-based practices and guidelines.
  • Your role will involve curating, editing, and developing clinical content, including messages, articles, blogs, and other educational materials.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research, review, and assess clinical guidelines and best practices in healthcare
  • Develop engaging and informative clinical content for our members to be delivered through our CompleteHealthTM platform
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts, clinicians, and other stakeholders to ensure accuracy and relevance of content
  • Maintain and update existing clinical content to reflect current standards and guidelines
  • Communicate and present complex medical information clearly and concisely for a diverse audience.
  • Stay current on trends, developments, and advancements in healthcare technology and digital health.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare, Nursing, or related field (Master's Degree, Doctor of Medicine Degree MBBS, preferred)
  • Clinical experience in a Healthcare setting (at least 2 years) (e.g. MD, Nurse, Physician Assistant, Pharmacist, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of clinical guidelines and evidence-based practices
  • Excellent writing and editing skills with the ability to communicate complex medical
  • information clearly
  • Proficiency in researching and synthesizing medical literature
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Experience working in a digital health or healthcare technology environment is a plus.
