The Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria (NMCN), in collaboration with the Nigeria Jubilee Fellows Programme (NJFP), invites qualified licensed Midwives and Nurses to apply for a 12-month paid fellowship placement in Primary Health Care Centres (PHCs) and General Hospitals across Nigeria.
This targeted call aims to strengthen Reproductive, Maternal, Newborn and Child Health (RMNCH) services in underserved communities while providing structured employment and professional development opportunities for young health professionals.
About the Nigeria Jubilee Fellows Programme (NJFP)
The Nigeria Jubilee Fellows Programme (NJFP) is a Federal Government initiative implemented in partnership with UNDP to connect young Nigerian graduates with meaningful 12-month paid work placements nationwide. Fellows receive a monthly stipend of NGN 150,000, fully funded by the programme

Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must:
- Be a Nigerian citizen.
- Have graduated not earlier than 2022 (Bachelor’s Degree or HND).
- Be 30 years old or younger at the time of application.
- Have successfully completed NYSC OR possess a valid Certificate of Exemption.
- Possess a valid NIN and BVN.
- Demonstrate commitment to healthcare service delivery and national development.
