• Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria (M.D.C.N)
• More than (1) year Post Registration / Cognate experience 
• Less than forth (40) years of age

2. Nurses / Midwives CONHESS 07 (GL.08)

Education, Experience & Age

• RN & RM and registered with the Nursing and Midwife Council of Nigeria; 
• More than (1) year Post Registration / Cognate experience 
• Less than thirty – five (35) years of age

3. Community Health Extension Workers (Assistant) CONHESS 03 (GL.13)

Education, Experience & Age

• Junior Secondary School Certificate; 
• Certified after completion of two (2) years training programme from any recognized School of Health Technology and registered of the National Council for Community Health Practice Board of Nigeria for Technician Cadre/B.Sc Community Health;
• More than (1) year post registration / cognate experience 
• Less than thirty (30) years of age

4. Community Health Extension Workers (Technician), CONHESS 06 (GL. 07)

Education, Experience & Age

• WAEC certificate / SSCE;
• Certified after completion of three (3) years training programme from any recognized Health Institution and registered with the National Council for Community Health Practice Board of Nigeria for Technician Cadre;
• More than (1) year post registration / cognate experience 
• Less than thirty (30) years of age

5. Community Health Extension Workers (Officer), CONHESS 07 (GL.08)

Education, Experience & Age

• B.Sc Community Health;
• More than (1) year cognate experience 
• Less than thirty – five (35) years of age

6. Medical Records Technician, CONHESS 06 (GL.07)

Education, Experience & Age

• Associate membership of the Association of Medical Records Technicians; 
• Chartered Institute of Secretaries and Administration; 
• Certified after completion of three (3) years training programme and registered with the Institute of Medical Laboratory Technology for Technician Cadre; 
• More than (1) year post registration / cognate experience
• Less than thirty-five (35) years of age 

7. Pharmacy Technician, CONHESS 06 (GL. 07)

Education, Experience & Age

• WAEC certificate / SSCE
• Certified after completion of three (3) years training programme at the School of Health Technology for technician cadre;
• More than (1) year post registration / cognate experience 
• Less than thirty (30) years of age

8. Medical Laboratory Technician, CONHESS 06 (GL. 07)

Education, Experience & Age

• WAEC Certificate / SSCE
• Certified after completion of three (3) years training programme in a recognized institution and registered with the Institute of Medical Laboratory Technology of Nigeria for technician cadre; 
• More than (1) year post registration / cognate experience
• Less than thirty (30) years of age

9. Health Attendant, CONHESS 01 (GL.02)

Education, Experience & Age

• First School Leaving Certificate 
• More than (1) year Cognate experience 
• Less than their – five (35) years of age.
