Front office manager

Eastern & Western hospital is looking for a Front office manager to serve as our client’s first point of contact and manage all aspects of their diagnostic inquiry.

Supervise front desk staff to be accurate and effective in their work

  1. Trains, cross–trains all front office personnel.
  2. Prepare roster for the front desk team.
  3. Supervises workload during shifts.
  4. Organize your team working time/task to deliver good customer service.
  5. Customer services
  6. welcome and orientate clients
  7. Taking of registration information
  8. Pre Checks (if nurses is not available): Temperature/ Blood Pressure/weight etc. (after training by head of the nurse)
  9. Ask and Hear a patient's opinion or complaint about the effect or experience of the services in the hospital, and report to the management to maintain good client experiences.
  10. Call to Remind or encourage old patients to continue periodical body maintenance service.
  11. Treatment information printing and communication
  12. Let patients know what treatment plan they have, and what they already did. After reading the computer system or communicating with the doctor, print the proper treatment for the day, and hand over the job/patient to the nurse or doctor.
  13. Appointment
  14. Call at 8:00am and 12:00noon to remind patient of the forthcoming appointment
  15. Remind the patient to make an appointment
  16. Generate an appointment schedule form in excel and send it to the patient for a long-term plan.
  17. Notify doctors about the next day appointments by email or other ways
  18. Accounting - Receive money, record it in the system, print the receipt, and hand it over to your superiors
  19. Errands (purchase and dispatch)
  20. Updates group information. Maintains, monitors, and prepares group requirements. Relays information to appropriate personnel.
  21. Receives information from the previous shift officer and passes on pertinent details to the oncoming officer.
  22. Wear the proper uniform at all times. Requires all front office employees to wear proper uniforms at all times.
  23. Monitor all V.I.P 's special guests and requests.
  24. Review Front office logbook and Guest feedback forms on a daily basis
  25. Any other task that might be requested of you by management as the need arises.
