Job Title: Hospital Facility Manager

Location: Surulere, Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Direct, supervise and evaluate the operational activities of all staff in the hospital.
• Ensure prompt preventive, corrective, and routine maintenance.
• Work towards improving the efficiency of care and organize the records of facility services.
• Inspect the condition or functioning of facilities or equipment.
• Liaising with a variety of professionals, from doctors, nurses and other staff.
• Utilize problem-solving and technical skills to find creative solutions for administrative and operational problems.
• Regularly presenting reports of hospital activities to senior management.
• Overseeing all facility management functions to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Performing other duties as assigned by Management.

Requirements

• 5+ years of previous experience in hospital facility management.
• Bachelors Degree (Minimum).
• Microsoft Office software knowledge.

Salary

N150,000 monthly.
