Job Details

• Manage, as required, patients in Intensive Care, High Dependency Unit, or such other departments as deemed necessary.
• Able to perform critical care procedures like; Central Line Placement, Advanced Ventilator Management (HFOV), Percutaneous Tracheotomy, Tube Thoracotomy, Invasive Cardiac Monitoring, etc.
• Immediate implementation of patient follow-up plans made out during the ward rounds.
• Prompt review of admitted cases upon any changes in their clinical condition, and communication with the managing Consultant.
• Stabilization of clinical emergencies pending review by the Consultant 
• To assist clinical colleagues as appropriately directed

Requirements

Interested candidates should have not less than 4 years’ work experience in the ICU as a medical officer.

Candidate should have started residency programme in Anesthesiology /Critical Care

Candidate should possess a current practicing license

Candidate should possess certificate in BLS/ACLS
