Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional healthcare services to clients online.
- Drive sales and support business growth.
- Handle and resolve complaints from online customers courteously and effectively.
- Maintain accurate records and reports.
- Take initiative in daily operations to enhance customer satisfaction and service delivery.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a B.Sc with 2 - 3 years of job experience.
- Registered Nurse with valid certification.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to demonstrate professionalism, courtesy, and intelligence in client interactions.
- Competence in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Sales or customer-facing experience will be an added advantage.
