Job Title: Key Account Manager

Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time

Description of Responsibilities / Functions

  • Promote and sell Company’s products and services that matches with the needs and requirements of customers.
  • Build and maintain positive and long-term relationship with new and existing clients.
  • Visiting potential corporates / institutions, introducing our producing range to the corporates for their promotions and self-purchases and Perform sales activities on major accounts, negotiate sales prices and discounts
  • Develop a sales forecast plan that successfully meets the company’s overall business plan and strategy, working with the sales team and ensure revenue growth in all company’s products.
  • Manage product lines to maximize sales revenues and meet corporate objectives.
  • Identify business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position

  • Identify product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
  • Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance.
  • Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to Management.
  • Contribute to financial process excellence and increase customer satisfaction by building scores for measurement and conducting customer satisfaction surveys.
  • Prepare and submit periodic sales reports to the Manager.
  • Collaborate with responsible Manager to establish and control budgets for sales promotion and trade show expenses.
  • Establishing contacts with purchase departments of corporates and arrange meetings with manager.
  • Making frequent casual phone calls to all customers to keep in touch
  • Provide continuous market feedback and competitors activities report.
  • Daily morning report to the manager and inform the dealer visit plan.
  • Daily morning report to the manager and inform the expected collection and sales for the day
  • Daily evening report to the manager and inform the outcome of dealer visit, sales and collection.
  • To report to the Manager on the Sales and Collection from his region on weekly basis against target.

Competence /  Requirements

  • BSc / HND in any relevant field(Veterinary Medicine or Animal Science)
  • Previous experience in Key Account Sales role
  • Practical Knowledge of Hydrachem products.
  • Minimum of 5 years work experience in Manufacturing
  • Deep understanding of sales growth strategies.
  • Outstanding knowledge of company’s products and services.
  • Strong market research skills.
  • Analytical thinker with superior problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent networking skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Salary

N250,000 - N350,000 monthly.
