Job Description

• We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Medical Sales Representative with a background in science and 1-2 years of sales experience to join our team.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals
• Promote and detail Mikchema Pharma’s products
• Achieve sales targets and drive product adoption
• Conduct product presentations and training sessions
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
• Work closely with the sales and marketing team
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and territory management

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field
• 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
• Strong understanding of medical and scientific concepts
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage a territory effectively
• Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
