Applications are hereby invited from suitably qualified Nurse Midwives for engagement as community volunteers under the Basic Healthcare Provision Fund Programme.
Method of Application:
Applicants are required to summit handwritten applications and details of curriculum vitae and photocopies of the following;
- First school leaving certificate
- WAEC or/and NECO Certificate
- School of Nursing/University Degree
- Professional License (RN & RM)
- Local Government Identification
- Birth certificate or affidavit of age declaration
Applicants should not exceed thirty five (35) years of age and must be will to reside in the LGA of residence Wards across the State.
