Applications are hereby invited from suitably qualified Nurse/Midwives for employment by Ebonyi State Government in the 171 Primary Health Centres.

Interested candidates resident in Ebonyi State should submit their application which should be addressed to the Hon. Commissioner for Health, Block 5 Centenary City Secretariat, Abakaliki on or before the close of work Friday 21 August, 2020.

The application which should be addressed to Hon. Commissioner for Health should be accompanied by the following documents:

1. Certificate of Registration into Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria and other relevant credentials (Note that Statement of Result is not acceptable).
2. Local Government identification certificate.
3. Age declaration or Birth certificate.
4. 2 passport photograph.
