Job Description
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Paediatric Nurse with RN/RM, BnSc, and RPDN qualifications to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in paediatric nursing and will be passionate about providing exceptional care to infants, children, and adolescents.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to paediatric patients, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assessing patient conditions.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans for paediatric patients.
- Educate patients and their families about healthcare needs, treatment plans, and preventive care measures.
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records and reports.
- Ensure a safe and supportive environment for paediatric patients and their families.
- Participate in continuing education and training to stay updated on the latest developments in paediatric nursing practices.
Requirements
- A minimum of RN/RM, BnSc, RPDN qualification.
- Valid Practicing license.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in paediatric nursing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
