We seek to employ qualified candidates to fill the position of Professor at the Department of Health Information Systems.

Job Requirements

• A Ph.D. in the relevant field from a reputable university
• Extensive academic experience with a minimum of 10 years in teaching and research
• A strong track record of research publications in reputable journals
• Published at least 15 publications in credible and indexed journal and attracted not less than 100 citations, 20 h-index and 8 i10-index
• Must demonstrate evidence of having attracted Research Funds/Development Funds or academic contract
• Strong IT skills with ability to at least use Microsoft Office applications
• Must demonstrate evidence of active community outreach and engagement
• Demonstrated leadership and mentorship skills
• Active involvement in professional bodies and conferences
• Proven ability to secure research grants and collaborate with industry partners
• Strong commitment to student-centered learning and fostering a research-driven environment
• Ability to engage in interdisciplinary research and collaboration.
