We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Program Coordinator

Location: Abuja (FCT)

Employment Type: Full-time

Description

We are set to recruit a smart, dynamic, self-motivated, and committed individual as a Program Coordinator in Abuja.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent the company in conferences, meetings, and workshops.
• Identify and contact potential grantors for funding.
• Manage and monitor grants and prepare funding reports.
• Prepare meeting agenda, organize meetings, and distribute minutes.
• Monitoring the success of programs and preparing monthly status reports.
• Creating a program budget with the help of management and staying within it.
• Prepare or assist in the preparation of grant requests and funding continuation from sponsors.

Qualification / Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Public Health or related field.
• 4-5 years of cognate experience in the nonprofit sector will be an added advantage.
• Knowledge of program management and development procedures.
• Proficient in the use of MS Office applications.
• Knowledge of budgeting, bookkeeping, and reporting.
• Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience working independently and with a team is essential for this role.
