We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Worksite Clinic Manager

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time

Reports to: Head, Business Development and Corporate Communications

Job Description

This role is responsible for coordinating and managing the worksite clinics to profitability and fostering client retention.

Summary of Responsibilities

  • Set up, attend meetings and make presentation to prospective clients and buyers of our services.
  • Develop and execute Health talks to worksite clients.
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships and communication with worksite clinic clients, employees and other managers.
  • Responsible for budgets and profitable performance of worksite clinics under the company’s purview.
  • Manage and monitor all related reimbursement, negotiations, credentialing, and maintenance / renewal of contracts.
  • Responsible for clinical and administrative supplies approval to meet financial concerns.
  • Prompt incidence reporting and management of clients‘ grievances.
  • Prompt incidence reporting and management of work site staff grievances.
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Profitability of all work site clinics

  • Seamless communication and working relationship with clients and worksite clinic staff.

Qualifications

  • First Degree or equivalent in the Medical / Clinical field (Doctor, Nurse, Pharmacist) with a valid practicing license.
  • Post Graduate certifications in Public Health / Business Administration / Public Administration will be an added advantage
  • 6-10 years of experience managing clinical teams and fostering client satisfaction.

Functional / Technical Competencies:

  • Demonstrable understanding of medical services and healthcare industry.
  • Business Acumen
  • Ability to understand Outpatient Department (OPD) utilization reports.
  • Excellent relationship management skills.
  • Excellent negotiation skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft suite package.
