You would recall that the Federal ministry of health through a letter by the head Department of Hospital services, Dr. Patience Osinubi dated 19th February had directed Prof. Anthony Emeribe to vacate his seat for unknown reasons to the most senior in the council pending the appointment of a successor.

This development attracted mixed feelings even as Prof. Anthony Emeribe blamed the ministry of being sub judice, considering the fact that the matters resulting to his sack were still in court.
