•  Accredited by the National Health Insurance Scheme (NHIS), the company works closely with the agency to implement its social health insurance programs.
•  The company offers health insurance products for different segments of beneficiaries including the orgaized private sector (corporate organizations), public institutions, individuals, vulnerable and underserved groups
•  The company has developed a strong footprint of providers across the country as well as capabilities in clinical governance, quality assurance, managed care, actuarial expertise and HMO operations.
•  Following the government's recapitalization efforts, the company aspires to expand its operations and scale up access to affodable, quality health care to all, including the underserved.
 
Chief Executive Officer
•  Reporting to the Board of Directors, the successful candidate will have overall responsibility for development of strategy, execution of programs and partnership development.
•  He/she will also be responsible for leading the management team, engaging the board, running the organization and facilitating key decision making activities.
 
Required Skills & Experience 
•  Experience of leading the turn around of a company
•  Over 10+ years of field experience in general Insurance, health insurance, actuarial analysis/accounting, health and other relecant fields.
•  Track record of building and developing teams-with well developed managerial skills.
•  Project management experience delivering multiple ongoing streams of work (10+ years)
•  Demonstrated commitment to improving health outcomes.
•  Experience in working in the Nigeria health landscape including engaging regulators, policy makers, private sector and partners.
 
Skills
•  Effective and persuasive communicator strong interpersonal skills.
•  Understanding of Nigeria private sector/public sector environments 
•  Ability to create broad vision for health related programming and execute on vision 
•  Dynamic and enterpreneurial
 
Education
•  MD, advanced health management related masters degree, finance / actuarial related degree, finance/actuarial related degree or MBA
