Disturbed by rising cases of cancer and heart diseases in Nigeria, the Niger foundation Hospital in Partnership with ISN Products Limited at the weekend offered training to doctors and other medical practitioner in Enugu State on the importance of effective diagnostic testing of the diseases on patients.
The Continuing Medical Education(CME)seminar which was held at Fidelma Hotel, Enugu followed Niger Foundation's recent acquisition of the Roche Cobas e411 machine, supplied by ISN Products Limited a leading supplier of medical diagnostics products and sole agent and distributor treatment of cancer and heart diseases. Renowned surgical Oncologist and Director of the Oncology Centre at the University of Nigeria Teaching Hospital Prof. E. Ezeome, and Consultant Physician and Cardiologist, Dr. B. Anisuba took time to dissect the theme of the seminar, which was the use of biomarkers in clinical practice and Patient care.
