The Federal Capital Territory (FCT) Chapter of the Medical and Health Workers Union of Nigeria (MAHWUN) has elected new executives to run its affairs.
The executives were elected during the quadrennial delegate conference of MAHWUN held recently in Abuja. The newly elected executives, to pilot the affairs of the union for the next four years, comprised Comrade Abubakar Shanabo, as the chairman and Comrade Mudi Jibril, as vice chairman.
Others are Mr Abuh J. Williams as Teasurer, Ahmed Lanle, Trustee, Malam Ado Musa, Auditor and Mrs. Grace Baba, Public Relations Officer (PRO).
In his acceptance speech, the newly elected chairman of the Union, Comrade Abubakar Shanabo, pledged to carry out his duties diligently.
