3. Blood Group Test
4. Pregnancy Test (for Female only)
5. H BC, PVC
6. Physical Examination
7. HIV/AIDS Screening Test.
You are also required to submit four (4) copies Of your recent coloured passport photograph to the same office.
Please note that the letter of offer of Appointment will be issued to only those who submit the Medical Test Results and whose resufts are adjudged to be satisfactory.
