The Hospital popularly known as the federal staff hospital (FSH) has now been Renamed Federal Medical Center Abuja
This name changed was contained in a memo with ref No: FSHAB/003/Vol.1 and dated 06/11/2015. The memo which was sent to medicalworld Nigeria was titled "Present name of the Hospital".
The Memo reads: This is to inform all staff of the hospital that the name of the hospital has been formally changed from Federal staff Hospital (FSH) to Federal Medical center (FMC) Abuja. Please, give this circular wide circulation
