Sequel to a circular from the federal ministry of health dated novmeber 6 2014, members of the national union of allied health professionals (NUAHP) in federal teaching hospital abakaliki are hereby directed to note the following:

 

1) That JOHESU has completely disassociated itself from NUAHP

 

2) The federal ministry of health does not recognize NUAHP

 

3) Therefore the indefinite strike action embarked by NUAHP is ILLEGAL

 

4) That your october salary was paid to you in error therefore, the salary shall be deducted in FULL from subsequent salaries

 

 

5) No further salary will be paid to you as long as the strike lasts

 

6) All the staff concerned will face DISCIPLINARY ACTION for embarking on illegal strike

 

7) The continuation of the strike is at your OWN RISK
