The College of Nursing Sciences, Federal Neuro-Psychiatric Hospital, Benin City invites applications from interested and suitably qualified maiden session (2025/2026) academic session for General Nursing Programme. The programme will lead to the award of Registered Nurse Certificate (RN) of the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria (NMCN).

 

Entry Requirements

Candidates must also possess any of the itemized Qualifications below:

1. Applicants must possess WASC/GCE O/L with at least five (5) credits in not more than two (2) sittings.

2. NECO O/L with at least five (5) credits in not more than two (2) sittings.

3. NABTEB Secondary School Certificate in science subjects with at least five (5) credits at a maximum of two sittings that must not be combined with WASC/GCE OR NECO.

Note: The Credits must include; English Language, Mathematics, Chemistry, Biology and Physics.

 

Course Duration

• The duration of the programme is three (3) years

 

Method of Application

• Applications are to be made in candidate's own handwriting, stating their educational qualifications, and should be accompanied with Photostat copies of credentials, two (2) recent passport photographs on white background email address, phone numbers and evidence of payment of a non-refundable application fee of N20,000.00 (Twenty Thousand Naira Only)
