The West African College of Nursing (WACN) and Federal Neuropsychiatric Hospital, Enugu, has announced its plans to induct former Governor of Enugu State, Mr. Sullivan Chime into its hall of fame.
The Co-ordinator of the programme, Mr. Afam Ndu, who made this known at a press briefing, in Enugu, said Chime would be the first to be so-recognised by the college and hospital for his visible and development strides in the state.
“The College and the Hospital believes in recognising excellence and that is why we deemed it fit to induct ex-Governor Chime into our hall of fame. He will stand in history as the first person to receive that particular honour from the hospital and the reason is obvious.

“Anybody, who was in Enugu eight years ago, will not deny the fact that we had a turn-around maintenance of infrastructural facilities in this state.
He added that the immediate past minister of power, Prof. Chinedu Nebo, would be the guest lecturer at the Hospital’s 2nd Public Lecture, where he would speak on psychiatry and mental health in Nigeria: prospects and challenges.
