The Medical Director of Federal Neuro-Psychiatric Hospital, Enugu, Dr jojo Onwukwe, has refuted the allegations by the Joint Health sector unions (JOHESU) that he has attained the 60-year retirement age.

 

In a petition to President Muhammadu Buhari, the union had also asked Onwukwe to account for the sum of N254 million, which it claimed belonged to the hospital.

 

 

However, in a letter to The Guardian, Onwukwe's lawyer, Chuklwuma Eklomaru (SAN), described the publication as "false," noting that they have not been investigated and that the "published falsehood" was calculated to "embarrass" his client and "tarnish" his reputation.
