Applications are invited for admission into the SCHOOL OF HEALTH INFORMATION MANAGEMENT for a 2 year programme, leading to the award of Higher National Diploma, effective from September 14,2015 

 

ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS 

Candidates intending to pursue the 2-year HND Programme must have obtained in addition to 5 credits at O'levels, the National Diploma Certificate (not below Lower Credit) in Health Information Management together with an evidence of completion of one year (compulsory) Industrial Attachment in a reputable health institution. 

 

However, candidates with ordinary Pass or Merit at the National Diploma should in addition with the  O'Level papers, have not less than two years Post-Industrial attachment work experience to qualify for admission. 

 

CONDITIONS FOR SELECTION 

Selection of candidates will be on academic qualifications and successful performance in the written examination and overall interview.

Interested candidates are to apply for the admission form with the sum of Five thousand naira 05,000.0) only, payable to the Deputy Director, Finance, Lagos University Teaching Hospital. The receipt
