Ibadan - Medical and Dental Consultants Association of Nigeria, MDCAN, University College Hospital chapter has dissociated itself from the ongoing strike by the Nigerian Union of Allied Health Professionals NUAHP.

 

This was disclosed by the General Secretary, Victor Makanjuola of the association of the association yesterday in a statement.

 

Describing the notion that MDCAN was part of the strike as complete falsehood, Makanjuola said, "NUAHP commenced an industrial action on the 26th of October over unresolved issues it has with the Federal Government which has resulted in minimal distruption services is far in most public health facilities as reported by national deilies".
