In Emoha general hospital, A Medical Doctor who works in the hospital was reported to have been kidnapped.
The Medical Doctor Mr Azubuike Okara was said to have been abducted yesterday from the Hospital premises, and 2 Doctors were also said to have been shot during the abduction.
No ransom demand has been made by the abductors yet.
It would be recalled that a medical doctor, Samuel Okpara, who was kidnapped last week in Port Harcourt, the Rivers State capital, was reported to have died.
Shortly after his abduction, medical doctors in the state, under the auspices of the Nigeria Medical Association (NMA) threatened to embark on an indefinite strike following frequent abduction of their colleagues in the state.
Okpara was kidnapped from his private hospital in Abuloma area of Port Harcourt.
