1. Technical Officer-Prevention, Care & Treatment  (1 year fixed term   2   SIDHAS   Abuja)

3. Technical Officer-Clinical Services (1 year fixed term   1   SIDHAS   Rivers )
4. Technical Officer-Prevention & Mitigation (1 year fixed term   1   SIDHAS   Akwa Ibom )
5. Technical Officer-Monitoring & Evaluation (1 year fixed term   1   SIDHAS   Yobe )
6. Assistant Technical Officer (1 year fixed term   1   SIDHAS   Anambra & Cross River )
7. Technical Officer- TB/HIV (1 year fixed term   1   SIDHAS   Abuja )
 
The Technical Officer-Preventlon, Care & Treatment: under the supervrsion or the Senior Technical Officer, the Technical Officer will provide technical and programmatic support to implement high quality care and support activities with primary focus on clinical management of HIV/AIDS, Anti-retroviral therapy (ART) treatment, and Prevention of Mother to Child Transmission of HIV/AIDS, TB and integrated medical services of FHI 360 Nigeria's programs. S/he will support capacity building to the health workers to implement quality services in these areas 
 
Minimum Recruitment Standards: 
• MB.BS/MD/PHD or similar degree with 1 to 3 years relevant experience in clinical care with a sound understanding of HIV/AIDS with provision of PMTCT and anti­ retroviral therapy (ART) in resource constrained settings. 
• Possession of an MPH or post graduate degree in a related field is required. 
• Familiarity with Nigerian public sector health systems and NGOs and CBOs is highly desirable. 
 
The Program Officer: under the supervision of the Senior Program Officer, will provide oversight, coordination, monitoring and reporting of all FHI 360 Nigeria activities in the assigned state. 
 
Minimum Recruitment Standards: 
 
• BS/BA in public health, business administration, health sciences, behavioral sciences or its recognized equivalent with 5-7 years of relevant experience with international development programs. 
• Or MS/MA degree in public health, business administration, health sciences, behavioral sciences or its recognized equivalent with 3-5 years relevant experience with international development programs. 
• Demonstrated success in multicultural environments is required. 
 
The Technical Qfficer, Clinical Services: under the supervision of the State Senior Technical Officer will provide technical and programmatic support to implement high quality care and support activities with primary focus on clinical management of HIV/ AIDS, Prevention of Mother to Child Transmission of HIV/AIDS, Reproductive Health/ Family Planning (RH/FP), TB and integrated medical services at the zonal level. 
 
Minimum Recruitment Standards: 
 
• MBBS with 1 to 3 years relevant experience in clinical care with a sound understanding of HIV/AIDS with provision of PMTCT and anti-retroviral therapy (ART) in resource constrained settings. 
• Possession of an MPH or post graduate degree in a related field is required. 
• Familiarity with Nigerian public sector health systems and NGOs and CBOs is desirable. 
 
The Technical Qfficer, Prevention & Mitigation: under the supervision of Senior Technical Officer-Prevention, Care & Treatment, the State TO, Prevention and 
Mitigation will assist in the provision of technical support to the implementing agencies in prevention and mitigation at the state level. It includes supporting the implementation of prevention activities (sexual and biomedical) and strategic behavior change interventions, testing and counseling, home based care, orphans and vulnerable children and other community mobilization activities. 
 
Minimum Recruitment Standards: 
 
• MB.BS/MD/P.HD or similar degree with 1 to 3 years public health experience at the state or community level or in the private health sector. 
• Or MPH or MS/MA in relevant degree with 3 to 5 years public health experience at the state or community level or in the private health sector. 
• Or BS/SA in pharmacy, microbiology, health sciences, monitoring and evaluation, public health or in relevant degree with 5 to 7 years public health experience at the state or community level or in the private health sector. 
• Demonstrable experience in large and complex SSC/BCC mobilization activities in a donor (USAID, DFID, CIDA, etc.) funded national health-focused project. 
• HCT experience and ability to understand full range of issues around HCr. 
• Familiarity with Nigerian public sector health systems and NGOs and CBOs is highly desirable. 
 
The Technical Officer, Monitoring & Evaluation: under the supervision of the Senior Technical Officer (M&E) and State Program Manager, and with technical oversight from the Director of Monitoring and Evaluation, is responsible for the implementation of monitoring and evaluation activities for the state office. The Technical Officer (M&E) will work with others in the state office and local implementing partners to ensure that state monitoring and evaluation activities are appropriate and meet the donor and project's M&E needs. 
 
Minimum Recruitment Standards: 
 
• MB.BS/MO/PHO or similar degree with 1 to 3 years relevant experience in monitoring and evaluation with a sound understanding of HIV/AIOS with provision of PMTCT and anti-retroviral therapy (ART) in resource constrained settings. 
• Or MPH or MS/MA in relevant degree with 3 to 5 years relevant experience in monitoring and evaluation with a sound understanding of HIV/AIOS with provision 
of PMTCT and anti-retroviral therapy (ART) in resource constrained settings. 
• Or BS/BA in statistics, pharmacy, microbiology, monitoring and evaluation or in relevant degree with 5 to 7 years relevant experience in monitoring and 
evaluation with a sound understanding of HIV/AIOS with provision of PMTCT and anti-retroviral therapy (ART) in resource constrained settings. 
• Familiarity with Nigerian public sector health systems and NGOs and CBOs is highly desirable. 
 
The Assistant Technical Officer: will provide technical, programmatic and Laboratory support to implement high quality state and L.G.A. level HIV/AIOS, PMTCT, RH/HIV, TB, HeT and other services at the state level. S/He will work with others in the state office and local implementing partners to ensure that state monitoring and evaluation activities are appropriate and meet the donor and project's M&E needs. S/He will enter program data into the FHI 360 data management software for subsequent analysis; identifies and follows up missing data; undertakes basic validation checks, and stores and disseminates data and hardcopy files as appropriate. 
 
Minimum Recruitment Standards: 
 
• MBBS or similar degree with minimum of 1 year relevant experience in clinical care with a sound understanding of HIV/AIDS with provision of PMTCT and anti­ 
retroviral therapy (ART) in resource constrained settings. 
• BSe. Nursing, Public health, Pharmacy or other closely related field with 1-3 years relevant experience. 
• Familiarity with Nigerian public sector health systems and NGOs and CBOs is highly desirable. 
 
The Technical Officer, TB/HIV: under the supervision of the Senior Technical Officer­ TB/HIV, will provide technical support to implement high quality care and support activities with primary focus on tuberculosis control and TBHIV collaboration 
 
Minimum Recruitment Standards: 
 
• MBBS/MO degree with a minimum of 1-3 years experience in relevant areas of health, including TB/HIV 
• Experience in project development, proven experience in the planning and facilitation of training, and excellent communication and computer skills required. 
• Familiarity with Nigerian public sector health system, NGOs and CBOs is highly desirable. 
• Experience developing collaborative relationships and liaising with senior level government officials, community leaders, and donors. 
• A post graduate degree in related fields will be an advantage 
• 50% domestic travel.
