Recently, the Scheme held a Capacity Building Workshop for its State and Zonal Co-ordinators, to update information and knowledge about the Regular and Special Programmes and Projects of the Scheme.
This is in view of the reality that the Co-ordinators engage governments and interest groups at state and grassroot levels on a consistent basis on behalf of the Scheme, thus the need to consciously scale up their capacity to effective social-market the Scheme’s programmes.
While Co-ordinators from the Seventeen (17) States in the South of the Country assembled in Benin, Edo state, those from the Nineteen (19) States of the North of the Niger met in Minna, Niger State. Both workshops took place in May, 2016.
