The Nigerian Institute of Medical Research is set to celebrate six years of excellence in delivering on critical value addition to the development of Nigeria’s health sector.
According to the Institute’s Director- General, Professor Innocent Ujah the Institute’s contributions through medical researches over the years, have earned Nigeria and the Institute great sense of pride among committee of nations. The Institute has performed creditably well in the last six years, in line with global standards in medical research.
Scheduled to hold 12th of July, 2016 in Lagos, at the Institute’s Auditorium’ is a symposium on Maternal and Child Health in Nigeria. Professor Oladele Shittu, a Professor of Gynecology from the Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria will be the guest speaker.
