National President of the Nigerian Medical Association (NMA), Dr Lawrence Obembe, has demanded implementation of 15 per cent budgetary allocation to the health sector.
Obembe made the call in Ilorin, the Kwara capital, while speaking with journalists. He urged the government to implement the agreement, which according to him was entered into in 2000, as against the current five to six percent presently allocated to the sector.
