Primary Fellowship Examination At National Postgraduate Medical College of Nigeria

The SEPTEMBER 2013 Primary Fellowship Examination of the College will hold in the underlisted Specialties (Faculties) on WEDNESDAY 2STh SEPTEMBER, 2013. Candidates should please IndIcate boldly at the top of their application forms their center of preference CERTIFICATE OF FULL REGISTRATION WITH MEDICAL AND DENTAL COUNCIL OF NIGERIA (MDCN) OR EVIDENCE OF PAYMENTS IS A MANDATORY REQUIREMENT FOR ELiGIBILTY FOR THE PRIMARY EXAMINATION. NYSC Discharge Certificate is not a Mandatory requirement for eligibility for the Primary examination.

There are eight (8) Centers for the Primary Examination viz: 
I. ETF Halls, University of Abuja, Main Campus, Airport Road, Abuja FCT. 
II. University of Nigeria Teaching Hospital (New Site), ltuku Ozalla Enugu.  
III) Conference Hall, Permanent Site University of Calabar Teaching Hospital, Calabar, 
IV) Oba Akenzua Complex, University of Benin Teaching Hospital,(UBTH), Benin. 
V) NPMCN, Km 26 Lagos Badagry Expressway, Ijanikin, Lagos. 
VI)  Nigerian Medical Association (NMA) Secretariat off Concorde Avenue off Port-Harcourt Road, New Owerri, Owerri. 
vII)  Main Auditorium, ObafemiAwolowo University teaching Hospital Complex (OAUTHC), lIe-lfe. 
VIII) College Lecture Theatre Complex, University of lIorin Teaching Hospital, Oke Ose, lIorin. 
II EXAMINATION FEES
 
PRIMARY EXAMINATION FEES IS FORTY THOUSAND NAIRA (N40,OOO.OO) ONLY FOR 
ALL FACULTIES.

IV. MODE OF PAYMENT (CASHLESS) 
(a) Full Payment should be made directly through FUNDS TRANSFER OR ATM into the College Account at Zenith International Bank PLC Marina, Lagos A/C No: 1010437206, Sort Code 057150068 or Guaranty Trust Bank PLC Idi-Araba, Lagos A/C No: 0014338497, Sort Code 058152308. Original copy of the Confirmation of payment (not photocopy) should be attached to the form and returned to the College. 
(b). CANDIDATES COULD REGISTER AND MAKE PAYMENT ONLINE USING 
INTERSWITCH DEBIT CARDS ON THE COLLEGE WEBSITE www.npmcn.edu.ngand attach the print out of the confirmation slip sent to your e-mail address after online payment to the form and return it to the College. This slip will show the College Logo as an evidence of Payment. 
    All candidates should write their names, address, Faculty, amount of Associate fees paid where applicable and Part of the examination they intend to sit for on the back of the confirmation of payment or print out of confirmation of online payment. Please obtain official receipts of the College. NO CASH, BANK DRAFTS OR 
PERSONAL CHEQUES WILL BE ACCEPTED 
 
(c) CANDIDATES MUST PAY INTO THE ABOVE STATED ACCOUNTS. ANY CANDIDATE 
WHO PAYS INTO ANY UNAUTHORISED ACCOUNT ORAN UNATHORISED PERSON 
WILL BE DEEMED NOT TO HAVE REGISTERED FOR THE EXAMINATION AND WILL 
BE TREATED ACCORDINGLY 
CLOSING DATE: 
Completed application forms accompanied by al/ relevant documents should reach the Deputy Registrar (Academic) at the College address not later than WEDNESDAY 31ST JULY, 2013. Please remember to post-code your self-addressed and stamped envelopes.

(a) Applicants are advised to familiarize themselves with the requirements oftheir respective Faculties for entry to sit the examinations. The submission of incompleteform/document shall lead to disqualification and College shall not enter into any correspondence with such applicants. 
(b) NO CHANGE OF FACULTY OR CENTRE WILL BE ALLOWED AFTER THE 
SUBMISSION OF APPLICATION FORM FROM ANY PRIMARY CANDIDATE. . 
(c) ATTESTATION/RECOMMENDATION Of CANDIDATES 
Only Fellows who are in good financial standing with the College are eligible to attest to applications and recommend candidates for the College examinations. 
VII. LATE ENTRY 
Applications received after the closing date will be treated as late entry. A late entry fee of Twenty thousand naira (N20, OOO.OO) only per candidate will be charged. Submission of late 
forms will be allowed for a period of two (2) weeks only from the original closing date. Applications received after the late entry deadline will NOT be processed for the current examination
