Radiographers in the country have been urged to improve their services in order to enable Nigerians access better healthcare.
Registrar, Radiographers Registration Board of Nigeria (RRBN), Mr. Michael S. Okpaleke gave the advise during the leadership retreat for management staff of the board, organised in collaboration with Blueace Management Consultants in Maraba, Nasarawa State. Okpaleke said the retreat which is the first organised by the board was aimed at developing appropriate manpower and resources needed to achieve the mission and vision statements of the board. He advised Heads of Departments (HODs) and zonal officers to work together as a team in order to achieve success, adding it requires adequate planning and commitment from all stakeholders including the staff of the board, the radiographers and the general public.
