Resolution Adopted at the End of the National Officers Committee(NOC) Meeting of the Nigerian Medical Association Held on Wednesday 9th March at the Conference Room of The National Secretariat, Abuja
1. National Industrial Court(NJC) Judgement
Any Medical Laboratory where results are not signed by the Pathologist should not be used for patients managment, The Chief Medical Directors (CMDs) Should explore the Patronage of Laboratories outside under the Operationalization of the Public Private Partnership Schemes, a policy already adopted by the Federal Government sicne year 2005.
2. Federal Radio Corporation of Nigeria(FRCN) The National Officer's Committee(NOC) Considers the FRCN Broadcastt as very Malicious and derogatory to the Medical Profession. The NOC has adopted the rejoinder by Dr. Paul John and we have sent it to our lawyers to take appropriate action. The NOC is seeking unconditional redress from the FRCN on the matter.
3. Annual Delegates Meeting(ADM)
All Documents to be tabled for discussion at the NEC/ADM(soft copies) must reach the NMA Secretariat on or before 31sr March 2016 through any of the underlisted email address:

4. The NMA Statement on the National Industrial Court (NIC) Judgement was released to the Press at 12 noon on Wednesday the 9th of March 2016
