Greetings from the WACN Secretariat.

 

With only 18days to the 2015 BGM, we appeal that you get your valid Passport and Yellow Card ready. Invalid passports attracts fine of N8,000, Virgin passports/first time travelers will pay additional N1,000.00 for the Land Travelers’, the vehicle will depart from Federal Neuro Psychiatric Hospital, Yaba – Lagos at 7am prompt on Tuesday 21st July 2015.

 

Please be there latest 6.30am or else you will miss the bus.

 

Payment for the accommodation will be made in cash at the venue. The two acceptable currencies are US Dollar and Ghana Cedi. The LOC will arrange for banking facilities at the venue, since there is no nearby bank or bureau de change, for those who wish to pay in Ghana’s currency.

 

Please note that all participants are required to first register for the conference ($150) and also pay for the accommodation in full before rooms will be allocated by the LOC. Ignore if you have registered with the Secretariat.
