Position: Supply Chain Management Services Officer
Location: Abuja
Roles and responsibilities
The position holder will support the effective and efficient implementation of SCM work plans on time, within budget, to a high standard of quality, and in compliance with contracts.
â— S/he will support the planning and coordinating the provision of Technical Assistance to SCM projects in line with project and client needs;
â— Contribute ideas on initiatives to improve SCM project quality of implementation.
Skill set
• A university degree or equivalent in Pharmacy/ Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or a related field
• A minimum of 5 years post-graduation working experience including program management with at least two years’ experience at supporting international procurement and distribution of health commodities such as medicines, laboratory reagents, hospital and laboratory equipment and personal protective equipment.
• Strong people and interpersonal skills
• Good business development and customer service attributes is a must.

Warehousing Officer
ABUJA
Roles and responsibilities The incumbent will assist the Warehousing Manager in maintaining good store practice and transaction records for receipts and issues of ARVs and other related commodities, based primarily at the Pharmaceutical store
â— Coordinate receipt, warehousing and safe custody of laboratory reagents and other related commodities procured
â— Ensure high accuracy in packaging according to allocations and always secure timely transportation, distribution and delivery of drugs to the facilities
Skill set
â— Must be a Medical Laboratory Scientist
• 3 years of relevant experience in managing laboratory commodities
• Excellent communication skills - written and verbal (English)
• Must have good knowledge of Microsoft office packages and also good knowledge of administrative procedures and systems such as filing and record keeping.
• Must have good customer service orientation with organizational and strong computer skills including database management e.g. Access
