The House Committee on Healthcare Services welcomes stakeholders and the general public to a one-day Public Hearing on the following bills:

A Bill for an Act to make provision for a regulatory body for organ harvesting, transplant and donations, and for related matters (HB.992)

A Bill for an Act to establish the Nigeria Surrogacy Regulatory Commission for monitoring and supervision of surrogacy arrangements in Nigeria, and to provide for the registration, regulation and monitoring of surrogacy agencies in Nigeria, and for related matters (HB.1137)

A Bill for an Act to amend the National Health Act, No.8 of 2014 to provide a framework for the establishment of a National Quality Accreditation Commission, Federal Tertiary Health Institutions Commission, and for related matters (HB.802)

A Bill for an Act to establish Chartered Institutes of Medical Dialysis Studies to promote the practices and professionalism of medical dialysis studies in Nigeria, and for related matters (HB.1124)

A Bill for an Act to amend the National Primary Health Care Development Agency Act, 2004 to improve the effectiveness of primary healthcare delivery in Nigeria, and for related matters (HB.1837)

A Bill for an Act to make provision for the retirement age of health workers in Nigeria, and for related matters (HB.1577)

A Bill for an Act to amend the National Health Act, 2014 to prohibit and penalize organ trafficking in Nigeria, and for related matters (HB.1284)
