IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS TO GRADUANDS

All graduands are advised to note and adhere very strictly to the date and time scheduled for the ceremony. Graduands should assemble fully robed and seated by 9:30a.m. No graduand will be allowed into the Convocation Ground after 9:30 a.m. Each graduand is expected to pay convocation fee ofN10.000.This covers Convocation Brochure, Registration, Invitation Cards and Academic Gowns and Scroll which are to be collected at their respective schools as from Tuesday, February 25,2014. 

REHEARSAL 

Rehearsal will be held for graduands at the College Convocation Ground at 4:00 p.m. On Wednesday, March 12,2014 All graduands are required to return their academic robes to the respective School Officers not later than Friday, March 21, 2014. Graduands who fail to return the Gown will be made to pay N500.00 (Five Hundred Naira) per day until the gowns are returned. Furthermore, the graduands will not be allowed to collect their Certificates nor Transcripts or any official document until the gowns are returned and late fees paid. 

All correspondence in respect of the ceremony should be forwarded in envelopes marked 'Maiden Convocation Ceremony' and addressed to the Chairman or Secretary, Academic Ceremonies Commitee, Ogun State College of Health Technology, Ilese-Ijebu
